Return Policy
Hey! Hope you’ve love what you have ordered. In case you're product has an issue, the return process is just super easy.

 

How long do I have to make a return?

We gladly accept returns within 24 Hours (Mauritius) of receipt for most items.

We accept return items only if products have any defects.

  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Jewellery & Accessories. We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
  2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  3. Item must be return unworn.
  4. Discounted products cannot be returned.
  5. Exchange are not accepted.
    1. However you may send a request for exchange to the management team via WhatsApp or Facebook.
    2. Request may be rejected to the discretionary of the company.

Note:

  1. Please send your return to the address on your bill within 24hrs of receipt. 
  2. Please be sure to double check your returns before posting them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-Hi There Darling products.
  3. If you receive a defective item, please contact Hi There Darling Customer Service within 1 hour of receipt.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed on 24 hours business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Note: The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
